(1). Business Asset Search Investigation

With a permissible purpose, this search returns a business’s open bank accounts within your selected scope. Where trade lines exist, reporting can extend to business credit, revenue, corporate officers and their roles, industry classification, payment trends, risk ratings, judgments and pending litigation, UCC filings, and Secretary of State records — a multi-source view of the company’s true financial standing.

(2). Probate & Estate Discovery

Helps counsel, estate administrators, executors, and surviving family locate a decedent’s missing or unknown assets: bank and retirement accounts, property holdings, safe deposit boxes, and investment portfolios. Specialized life insurance policy searches are available on request and priced separately from the standard search.

(3). Insurance Policy Search: Life, Auto, Home, Umbrella

Identifies the policies and policy limits in force on the exact date of loss — auto, homeowners, and umbrella coverage — so you can negotiate settlements based on actual available coverage instead of assumptions.

(4). Individual Asset Search (Statewide & Nationwide)

With a permissible purpose, this search locates an individual’s open bank accounts across financial institutions — statewide, nationwide, or as a specialized brokerage account investigation. Your report identifies each institution’s name and address, the account types found (checking, savings, money market), and end-of-day balances, along with public-record assets: property and deed records, liens, real estate holdings, civil and bankruptcy history, vehicle registrations, and business affiliations.

(5). Business Pre-Litigation Asset Search

A public-records asset investigation of a business conducted before litigation. Coverage can include business credit reporting, revenue where available, corporate linkage and officers, payment trends, judgments and civil actions, UCC filings, DMV equipment registrations, and business entity filings — synthesized from credit bureaus, public records, state repositories, and commercial databases.

(6). Individual Pre-Litigation Asset Search

Built for due diligence before you file suit — no permissible purpose required. This nationwide public-records investigation verifies the subject’s identifiers and reports property records, deeds, liens and encumbrances, real estate held in trusts, transfers made to shield assets from creditors, civil and bankruptcy history, DMV registrations, Secretary of State business filings and d/b/a variations, and any relevant negative media — all reviewed and analyzed in one detailed report.
